The AAMD Region Representatives are excited to host the in-person Fall Meeting in Salt Lake City! This event is open to members, non-members, radiation therapists and medical physicists. During this two-day learning opportunity, attendees will earn CE credits, explore cutting-edge treatment planning techniques, and network with industry experts, exhibitors, and sponsors.
Fall Meeting Registration Opens in July
The Region Representatives are excited to host the in-person Fall Meeting. This in-person meeting is open to members, non-members, and radiation therapists. Participate in this two-day learning opportunity where you can share your expertise and add this speaking engagement to your resume! MDCB, ARRT and MPCEC credits will be offered.
Abstract Submission Deadline: April 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Abstract Submission Details: Participants must use the online submission system below. Emailed submissions will not be accepted. Questions about submitting an abstract, contact Cornelia Gallow at cgallow@medicaldosimetry.org.
NOTE: You will need the following information to submit your abstract:
1. Co-Presenter information (if applicable)
2. Abstract description (limited to 2000 characters or less) that represents original work.
3. A minimum of three (3) learner outcomes
4. A short bio
5. Photo (optional)
