Enhance your contouring skills! In response to our members' requests, two hands-on contouring workshops have been added to this year's annual meeting schedule.

Workshop #1: Contouring Pelvis

The workshops require pre-registration via the AAMD online meeting registration system. Register Now. Space is limited, so register early!
Please note: If you register for a Contouring Workshop, you are required to bring your laptop to the event. Software will be provided prior to the meeting. The EduCase™ program and the CT and MRI studies, as well as additional practices, will be provided on a USB thumb-drive that you will keep after the workshop.
JRCERT Accreditation Seminar
Saturday, June 12, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
This seminar is appropriate for program officials and others who participate in the accreditation process and is particularly helpful for those who are in the process of preparing a self-study report. Participation in the seminar facilitates understanding of the JRCERT accreditation process, the JRCERT accreditation standards, and the Guide for Program Analysis. Registration is limited to 25 participants, with no more than 3 officials from any single JRCERT accredited program.
Interim Report Session
Saturday, June 12, 4:00 – 5:00 pm

AAMD/ROR Challenge Plan

Then join us for the announcement of the winners of the 2010 AAMD/ROR Challenge Plan on Sunday, June 13 during the AAMD Annual Meeting and for these special Monday workshops, which will provide a hands-on analysis of the Challenge Plan (GYN IMRT). Each workshop will be vendor-specific to the Pinnacle, Eclipse and CMS planning systems. There will be an evaluation of the dataset and tumor volumes, a brief scholarly article review of the GYN IMRT perspectives and an in-depth analysis of critical structure inclusion and contouring. The workshops will also include a dialogue on ROR’s vendor-specific tips and tricks for GYN IMRT cases, as well as an opportunity to work with representatives from each vendor to enhance your knowledge base of GYN IMRT. The workshops are included with regular meeting registration, but pre-registration is required. See the online registration system or printed registration form to sign up.
